My obsession for make-up started in high school... with all the love and none of the skill, I made many a faux par! My motto was "you can never have too much gloss!"... turns out you could! Also, without socials and Youtube it was a lesson learned the hard way.
I made an absolute b-line for make up as soon as I left high school straight to gaining my make up artistry diploma in college. ☆I was lucky enough to be taught by top industry professionals including celebrity make-up artist Louise Young☆ After that I did a short stint in hairdressing where I realised it just wasn't for me.
This sent me to working on counter, where I started out for Benefit Cosmetics for a year and a half and moving on to the very glamorous and coveted GIVENCHY. Where I spent the best part of 14 years, working up to Account Manager, in which I managed the counter for 10years. Working for such a prestigious brand I received top tier training and advice from top make-up artists.
This came to an end off the back of covid and having my youngest daughter. Which pushed me to go freelance in 2020. A step I'd only wished I'd had the confidence to do sooner! I absolutely LOVE what I do.
I love my job because I like empowering my clients and making them feel the most beautiful versions of themselves.
You may find me in the photographic studio doing makeovers. I'm mobile, so also happy to come to you for any occasion you may have - proms or parties. Also, its no secret - I do love a wedding!
